DISCO FREESTYLE

Disco dance is a style of dance highly dependent on disco music. Disco music popular in the 70's & 80's and is influenced by funk, pop, soul and latin music

STREET & HIPHOP

dance include breakdancing and hiphop dances. Hip-hop dance refers to street dance styles primarily performed to hip-hop music or that have evolved as part of hip-hop culture.

ROCK AND ROLL

Rock'n'roll simply called for different styles of dancing, some of which mirrored the strong backbeat of rock. This was called jitterbug, or swing, Lindy, the rock'n'roll, boogie-woogie or Bop.

BALL ROOM

Ballroom Dances: waltz, foxtrot, quickstep, tango and Viennese waltz, Latin Dances: rumba, samba, paso doble, cha-cha-cha and jive, as defined in ballroom dancing terms.

LYRICAL DANCE

Lyrical dance has been defined as a dance style that embodies various aspects of ballet, jazz, acrobatics, modern, and hip hop, while still maintaining its autonomy.

LATIN

Latin Dances: rumba, samba, paso doble, cha-cha-cha, jive, mambo, merengue, salsa

ARCO DANCE

Acro dance is a style of dance that combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatic elements. It is defined by its athletic character, its unique choreography, which seamlessly blends dance and acrobatics, and its use of acrobatics in a dance context. It is a popular dance style in amateur competitive dance as well as in professional dance theater.

LINE DANCE

Line dances are choreographed dances with a repeating series of steps that are performed in unison by a group of people in lines or rows, dances are set to country music

COMMERCIAL DANCE

Commercial refers to dancing done in concerts, live shows, music videos, movies, industrial, and, obviously, commercials. There are many different styles of dance that can be worked into the commercial category, such as hip hop, jazz, locking, popping, break dancing, krumping, and more.
